A new poll shows 0% of Georgia’s Black voters had a "poor" experience casting a ballot in the midterm elections in November, the first since new voting laws took hold in the Peach State.

The results of the University of Georgia poll and high turnout proved voters saw "through the lies" despite claims from Democrats and the White House that said the new law represents "Jim Crow 2.0," Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger told Fox News Digital.

"Partisan critics of Georgia’s elections described our processes and security measures as ‘Jim Crow 2.0’ designed to ‘suppress’ voters and ‘subvert’ elections," Raffensperger said in a statement this week.

"But record-breaking midterm voter turnout, minimal voter wait times and an overwhelming majority of voters approving of how our election went prove that Georgia voters see through those lies. They know that Georgia elections are safe, secure and accessible to every legal voter."

The poll showed 0% of Black respondents felt their voting experience was "poor" during the last election. Just over 72% of Black voters polled said the experience was "excellent" and 23.6% said the experience was "good."

Additionally, almost 99% of voters said they had no issues casting a ballot and 95.3% of voters said they waited less than 30 minutes.

According to the poll, which was answered by 1,253 Georgia residents who say they voted, 84.1% of Black voters said they strongly or somewhat agreed with the statement that it is "easy to cast a ballot in the state of Georgia" compared to 15.9% who disagreed or didn’t know.

Georgia voter turnout has continued to shatter records despite the 2021 legislation that Democrats, including Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams and President Biden, insisted would make it harder for Black residents to vote.

In a March 2021 statement, Biden referred to the Georgia legislation as an "attack on the right to vote" containing provisions that "effectively deny the right to vote to countless voters."

"This is Jim Crow in the 21st century," Biden said. "It must end. We have a moral and constitutional obligation to act."

So Biden lied to us???

Jim Crow 2.0? Jim Eagle? Say it ain't so Joe. How many of you always knew this was a lie. I certainly did.

I love how Trumpers only believe the polls they like and disregard the ones they don't as Librul media propaganda. :rofl2:

I missed the link to this poll. Oh, I know why. The fake doc didn't post it.

That's beside the point. The idea behind these draconian election laws is to prevent people from going to the polls in the first place. There is no widespread voter fraud. It's a myth created to prevent black people from voting.

Loons don’t do the same?
Or are you saying the far leftist loons are trumpers along with WSE’s?
Sure, all fucking morons disbelieve facts in which they disagree. Meanwhile, I go with the numbers given the numbers use standard methodology. It's also a matter of how the question is asked.

Consider the gun polls Democrats love so much: "Do you think the US needs common sense gun laws?" I, along with 75-80% of Americans, answered Yes. Now, defined what "common sense gun laws" means, and the differences begin to show. This is why a good poll has many questions; to flesh out what people think. Cherry-picking a single question from a multi-question poll on the same subject is often done by political hacks, liars and other dishonest people.

Example. Here's another question from the same poll. Notice which demographic is least confident vs most confident their votes were counted as intended:

IMO, the entire poll should be assessed to form an accurate picture; not just cherry-picked for half-truths by partisan asshats to push their autocratic, anti-American ideology.

I guess you are just too stupid to click the hyper link in the second sentence of the article that I posted the link too. No wonder why you are just poor a Uber Eats driver who begs for tips.

Oh please

Some of the milestones achieved this cycle include:
-All-time turnout records for a mid-term election, with more votes cast than any other midterm
-Record breaking midterm Early voting turnout
-Record breaking absentee by mail votes cast in a midterm
-More Election Day votes cast in the 2022 runoff than on Election Day in the 2022 General Election, than on Election Day in the January 2021 runoff, or on the General Election Day in 2020
-Three days of single-day all-time voting records during Early Voting

By any measure, the 2022 midterm election was a success for all Georgia voters.

Two interesting things about this poll. For the sake of discussion, here is the link to the actual poll:

2022 GEORGIA POST-ELECTION SURVEY

1. When I googled it, only RW sources (Fox, Breitbart, National Review, etc.) are showing it.

2. At the bottom of the poll, it shows the demographic breakdown of the 1,253 persons polled. It works out to 363 black voters were queried. There are 2.1 million black registered voters in Georgia.

As someone else has pointed out, RWers only like polls that show what they want to believe. lol

I'm guessing that you don't understand how polls and statistics work.

The calculated margin of error for the total sample is +/-2.8 points at the 95% confidence level. This would mean that if 50% of respondents indicate a topline view on an issue, we can be 95% confident that the population’s view on that issue is somewhere between 52.8% and 47.2%.

As expected, totally misleading.
Another person that does not understand how statistics and polls work. Now wonder why your job pinnacle in life is an Uber Eats driver. Now get busy and deliver those french fries before you get fired from this job too.

Apparently percentages escape your comprehension. Polling 363 people out of 2,100,000 and calling that statistically relevant is not very valid. Would you prescribe a drug knowing that it had only been effective on 363 people out of 2.1 million, "doctor"? Of course you would, if it was horse dewormer and they had COVID. :rofl2:

Thank you for giving him a link apparently he is too stupid to read two sentences of the link I gave him. It is surprising he can find his own ass.

Your link was to a partisan, biased source: Fox. Mine was to the actual polling data itself.

It's interesting how many people took advantage of early in-person voting, no matter age or race. That probably had a lot to do with the high turnout. So let's see how many (R)-run states now try to curtail early voting.

Correct. The OP is a soundbite that cherrypicks one result on one crosstab. The next thing Georgia will do is put even more severe restrictions on early in person voting, and eliminate even more polling places in minority communities, because their efforts weren't enough to overcome the will of the people. Because these laws have one intended effect..... suppress minority voting. Period. End of story.

If they do as you believe, then the numbers in the poll will change.

My link was too the OP article which was 100% correct. The second sentence of that article took you to the Poll that the article was based upon. I always vote early. I believe early voting should be no longer than 10 days prior to the election. And I believe all political debates should be completed prior to the beginning of early voting.
