Trump-Stormy Daniels settlement at heart of potential NY DA indictment didn't violate

The truth is all of us know Trump is a crook. The rightys just do not care. They want him to get away with his crimes. They have some demented idea that all politicians are crooks, so what's the difference? In fact, most people run because they want to do good. But a system run on donations and powerful lobbyists wears them down.
Want to fix it, public financing of elections, with no outside money allowed is the way to go. Then our word has as much power as a wealthy person's.

But... but ... PostmodernProphet is a lawyer so he knows the law unlike the DOj and Courts. The Shaman is not guilty of the crimes he was convicted by his brilliant legal analysis of the Tucker video, and Trump cannot be guilty of campaign finance crimes if he paid it thru Cohen disguised a legal billings.

Herp derp, herp derp.

I can also read.....unlike sandy.....

OMG. Imagine the above question asked by a guy claiming to be lawyer. How stupid is this guy.

As a lawyer you should be able to read this but i suggest you get someone else to read it to you and explain it to you.

Understand that Trump is the 'unindicted co conspirator' in that conviction ABOUT to get indicted for the Campaign Contribution violation for using Cohen as his proxy.

I honestly have to hope PostmodernProphet is not a practicing lawyer and got a Mc'lawlicense. It is absolutely clear he has no clue about areas such as being co conspirators.

PostmodernProphet - Your honor my client, the politician is innocent of paying the bride. He did not pay it, his lawyer did. Throw this case out.

Judge - Ummmm. If your client gave the lawyer the money to pay the bribe and to hide it as legal fees, he is indeed guilty of that bribe.

PostmodernProphet - 'REALLY???', 'but he never paid, and the lawyer did so how could my clients money be the lawyers bribe money??' herp derp, herp derp.

you don't really understand what's going in here do you......perhaps if you read your own link it would help.....I'm sorry you are ignorant, but hey.....it goes with being a lib'rul....

well, your link says the work was done in 2016 and billed in January, 2017.....is that what you are talking about?.....

It was billed at $35,000 per month in 2017 when no work was done in 2017. You aren't very good at details it seems.
Throughout 2017, COHEN sent to one or more representatives of the Company monthly invoices, which stated, “Pursuant to the retainer agreement, kindly remit payment for services rendered for” the relevant month in 2017, and sought $35,000 per month. The Company accounted for these payments as legal expenses. In truth and in fact, there was no such retainer agreement, and the monthly invoices COHEN submitted were not in connection with any legal services he had provided in 2017.

I am curious if you consider it 'work' if you loan someone $130,000 and they pay it back in installments over 12 months.

???...so you are saying there was no agreement with Stormy?......that's new..do you have a link?

Explaining this again to the declared lawyer who has NO CLUE about how the law works.

I will try and break this down to a grade 2 level and i suggest you get someone in grade 2 to read it and explain it to you.

- If in negotiations to get Stormy to NOT tell her story about her affair with Trump, then negotiate a payment of '$X' that Stormy is to receive (all legal to do)
- if then Trump uses his lawyer as a strawman utilizing campaign funds to pay him, so he can then pay her so he does not have to declare it, as a campaign contribution, and have it become publicly known
- then Trump is guilty as being the unindicted co conspirator along with his lawyer for a campaign finance violation
- The legal issue at hand (i know i lost you there) is ...'did Cohen flow thru an amount of money equal to $X, the amount of Stormy's settlement on Trumps behalf', as that as an illegal campaign contribution BY TRUMP.

Now here is what your derp reply will be.. 'but... but Cohen wrote legal services as the way to hide it so Trump is clear', thinking you are bring great legal mind insights to the forum.

Fuck you are painfully stupid even in your stated area of practice.

You were the sunshine, baby, whenever you smiled
But I call you Stormy today
All of a sudden, that ol' rain's fallin' down
And my world is cloudy and gray
You've gone away
Oh, Stormy, oh, Stormy
Bring back that sunny day
Yesterday's love was like a warm summer breeze
But like the weather, you changed
Now things are dreary, baby
And it's windy and cold
And I stand alone in the rain
Callin' your name
Oh, Stormy, oh, Stormy
Bring back that sunny day
Oh, Stormy, oh, Stormy
Bring back that sunny day
Bring back that sunny day
Oh, Stormy, oh, Stormy

I can easily predict the legal mind of PostmodernProphets reply...

- 'as long as he wrote 'work' on the invoice then yes'. that is what i would argue in court.

It is clear that he thinks the underlying facts do not matter and it is just what Cohen and Trump declared that does matter.

He would think if someone did a job for someone and asked that the person pay him by declaring it 'repayment of loan' so he could avoid paying the taxes, then that person just beat the system and it IS a repayment of loan. His legal mind tells him only the declaration matters, not the facts.

Trump takes lots of picture with people that he does not have sex with.

But does he pay them all $130,000.00?
Lot's a wealthy pay NDAs to make nuisance people go away. It's cheaper and less damaging to family and Brand name than to fight it in court. No proof her claim was ever true. Trump is a germaphobe so it is hard to believe he would diddle that ho.

I guess he can pull down his pants at any time and prove his penis doesn't look like she said it did.
Or is Trump in a habit of showing is penis to everyone he takes a picture with?
No Biden isn't Trump's daddy. She has seen so many penis that I doubt she can remember a specific one. I'm pretty sure she could have said it was green and Trump would have never dropped trousers to prove her wrong.

You people are fucking amazing!

So you are saying that Trump did not have sex with that woman?

So why did he pay her $130,000?

That would be kinda stupid, wouldn't it?

He lied just like Bill Clinton lied about his affairs/rapes and paid them off.

ROFLMAO. You don't pay an NDA. You pay a settlement and then use an NDA to prevent the person talking about something.

Trump is such a germaphobe that he isn't afraid to rape women on a Bergdorf's dressing room. I don't think he would worry about having sex with a woman in his hotel room.

it is sad how little you know about this case...if there's ever an indictment perhaps you will learn something.....
