Why doesn't Tara Reade sue Biden for rape like Jean Carroll is suing trump?

Jean Carroll is suing trump in a he said she said case so why doesn't tara? Problem is the rape of tara was in washington DC and that district is extremely blue and loves biden and she would have little chance of winning. Also any lawyer who represented tara and won would soon face disbarment.

Because Joke would sic the IRS on her for a perpetual audit. The FBI, ATF, DEA, et al., would show up with search warrants. A myriad of other federal agencies would begin proceedings and investigations against her... Why else?

You're probably right. Trump didn't do that to his critics because he knew the press would expose him . Biden doesn't have to worry about that.

If you bothered to follow the trial, you would have seen and heard all the evidence. Trump cant even tell the difference between Carroll and his first wife.

The only president who used the IRS to punish those he did not agree with was Trump. You have to go back to Nixon to find another one.

Why didn't Carroll scream why didn't she get a rape exam? How come she happened to get "raped" by another Billionaire, how come she didn't scream, how come she didn't get a rape exam, how come he didn't go to the police? How come she was almost "raped" in college and escaped the attacker who held a knife to her throat. How come she didn't report that attack? Either she is a very unlucky woman or she has a rape fantasy. You have a supratentoral fecal impaction.
