It's amazing that we've gotten to a point where we're talking about a former President and current leading Presidential candidate, and supporters (Republican supporters) are making a spirited defense of this by saying it's "only" sexual battery.

That was entertaining!

It wouldn't have mattered about the court. Trump took a huge risk by not coming into court and defending himself in the matter.

When you are innocent- you are going to want to do everything possible to defend yourself in court.

When you are not even willing to face your accuser, face the jury, be willing to testify under oath, or speak up on your own behalf, a jury is going to look at that as a sign of guilt. In a criminal trial, that is not always the case, but this was a civil matter, and testifying on your own behalf is everything!

Trust me, he was advised by his attorney, who is one of the very best by the way, and someone who I highly respect as well, to take the stand in his own defense- BUT APPARENTLY DONNIE STILL THINKS HE IS SMARTER THAN EVEN HIS OWN ATTORNEYS! And this lawyer was a lawyer's lawyer- if you know what I mean!

His attorney was flawless in his handling of the matter. He didn't lose this case! TRUMP IS THE BLAME FOR THAT- whether he is guilty or not!

All Trump needed to do was just admit, "Yes, I knew her, and yes I flirted with her and may have even touched her in an improper manor by today's standards, and obviously she took it the wrong way- BUT I DID NOT RAPE HER"! I personally think that is what really happened. I believe Trump is a sexual offender, but I do not think he actually is a rapist. But many women says he is so- WHO KNOWS?

But no! Donnie tried to lie his way out of it as usual, and got what he deserved. Lying is never a good strategy, but one that Donald Trump has used all of his life, but this one finally caught up with him.

And without question, this is another lawyer, that will refuse to work for Donnie ever again. And I don't blame him!

They are overwhelmingly Democrats Trump is a Republican. He moved because the state was too Liberal and he wasn't. He needs to declare she defamed him by calling him a rapist. And file suit in West Virginia.

No even the judge charges the jury that not testifying in your defense is NOT A SIGN OF GUILT.
