You understand Durham found no actual wrong doing in this case right?
You understand that his report can be summed up as, 'i have an opinion this investigation should not have been launched', which is in contradiction to the one done by the Independant IG, from the Trump admin, who looked at it and said the 'investigation was properly predicated'.
There is nothing wrong with two different investigators or prosecutors looking at the same evidence (Alvin Bragg, Mark Pomerantz ) and coming to different conclusions on whether it is worth proceeding or not.
John Durham summed it by basically saying ' I would not have investigated based on it' and that was it.
When Barr appointed Durham Trump said. it would uncover the ‘crime of the century.’
Instead it is yet another Republicunts ...

After striking out in his prior attempts to turn this nothingburger into something, Durham winds down 5 year investigation with nothing to offer but his OPINION and no allegations of illegality.
If you call showing the corruption by the FBI and DOJ as a whimper. Garland lied and said it has been fixed. The truth is the FBI and DOJ are still being used as weapons by the Democrats for political gain

Imagine claiming corruption is so rampant and this investigation will result in massive charges and getting nothing. NOTHING, but one man's opinion that in his discretion the predicate for this investigation was not substantial enough. An opinion that was at odds with the Senate Committee, lead by republicans, who also investigated it disagreed with prior. An opinion that the Independent IG under the Trump admin disagreed with.
If you put 10 prosecutors in a room and 9 of them say 'yes' to moving on an investigation and one says 'no', it is not corruption or even wrong for them to move on it. Especially when the 'one' (Durham) is the only OBVIOUS partisan in the room, siding with his obvious conflict.
I want to compare that to other investigations, that actually 'find corruption' and the result is not just an opinion but heaps of charges and convictions for criminality. Exhibit #1, check Mueller investigation, indictments and charges.

Durhams biggest issue is he says the FBI should have done a 'Preliminary View' instead before going for the FISA warrants. If they had done that and that pre-investigation lead to seeking a FISA warrant then he would have been fine with the process. That is his opinion. One man, and he is allowed to have it.
If there was 'actual wrongdoing' and not just 'actual differences in opinion' why do you think the Durham failed to indict and convict any of it?
Is it just yet another examples of how incompetent the republicunts are? That they can find 'actual wrong' doing all around them, by Dems but are so incapable of citing a statute and charging it?
That is a serious question. Why do you think Dems find it so easy to string together lists and lists of republicunt 'actual wrong' doing and charge and convict them and yet republicunts can only say the words and always come up with a nothing burger in terms of convictions even when it is a Republicunt POTUS, his AG, and his hand picked Special prosecutor doing the work.

Let me show you how this work. I QP now 'conclude that the investigation was fully merited' and CNN can report 'QP concludes the investigation was warranted'.
A person smarter that you understands that simply posting what a person concludes (their opinion) is not facts.
It does not mean Durham's conclusion or opinion has any more weight than Trumps IG who also investigated and came to the opposite conclusion. Two different people disagree. So what?
