Number of federal workers earning six-figure salaries has exploded during recession

Liberals as a general rule have piss poor economic management skills. I mean, in Mass, toll booth workers make 60k a year. Yeah, I know they have unions and stuff, but honestly, if toll booth workers say they'll all go on strike if you don't pay them 60k a year, you say fine, then fire them all, and pick up hobos off the street who will work for minimum wage.

You know our Board of Supervisors is about half Dems/half Greens or something close to that affect. So in a big city like SF its not surprising there's a lot more b.s. you have to deal with. I found it the funniest though when there were a couple guys on my team who were more left-leaning or liberal that would get all pissed off at the government workers as well. Reassured me I wasn't the only one. lol...

Actually there's only one green. The change from at-large election with fewer votes than seats to district elections probably hurt the minority.

Actually I thought the argument heard in the City is district elections is better for the Greens. You may be familar with Chris Daly. He's probably the most liberal on the board. (It was his district where we built that condo tower. The developer I worked for was a big Republican and he went in to Chris Daly's office where Daly had a picture of Karl Marx behind his desk. Our developer told me he almost choked to death when he saw the picture.) Lots of people in the City think Daly couldn't get elected in a City wide vote.

I guess I should say I don't know how many members actually belong to the Green Party. The local paper refers to them as the progressives vs. the moderates with the moderates being all Democrats of course.

You guys refuse to pay the people who work for the government what they are worth and then make all sorts of excuses for the people who fucked us.

400 times the pay of an average worker and profits that have raised like rocket ships and you guys defended them.

WTF do you insist anyone who works for the gov should starve and anyone who works for the assraping corps should have NO limits.

Because you are a fool who has ingrained in their heads that the government is bad and the corps are perfect.

Your perfect heros were given carte blanc and they fucked everything up, government saved them.

Now you want to repete the cycle?

I don't think federal workers are starving.

Although we appreciate the anti-capitalist pro-government rant.

I worked for the state Guberment and let me tell you the majority of them were fat assed lazy nobodies sucking off the government tit..

Well it seems "your party" claims government is great and can do nothing wrong yet runs many of the big cities of our country that are full of corruption (as just one example). How do you explain that?
 
Its democratic and at least they dont seek to distroy the government with wars for lies and programs designed to fail the American people

Government can do things right, I have never said it was perfect.

You guys want it dead and failing by your own admission.

I want it to work and be open.
