You do realize that Bush and team fought ALL 50 governors when they tried to stem the tide of this mortgage fraud in the lead up to this mess right?

Oh Jesus, government is bigger than the Bush administration. Government has been around longer than 8 years.

No one wants government dead except anarchists. For supposedly wanting government dead Republicans sure have a funny way of showing it by continually expanding it.

Desh using such hyperbole as 'you want government dead' or 'you want government workers to starve' doesn't really assist your argument.

There is a LARGE LARGE difference between believing government has a certain role to play and wanting no government. I don't believe it's that difficult tosee the difference but it seems to be a challenge for you.

They want the US government so crippled that they can not afford to police the corps. They want a unfettered market that is MORE powerful than the government.

I and a lot of conservatives fought against the Bush administration on a lot of issues...we are not like lefties, we don't just goosestep with A PARTY..

I live in San Francisco and around here the 'monied interests' include the Republican AND Democatic Party. So since you are a member and heavy supporter of the Democratic Party it looks like you think of yourself as a "fool".

The monied interest world wide are not interested in regulations that trim their profits by protecting the economy at large.

To pretend that SF is a micrcosim of the world is idiotic

So even though 'the monied interest' i.e. Wall Street gave more money to Obama than McCain it is your belief that Republicans represent the monied interest and Democrats work against the monied interest?
