In 2020, 73% of ballots nation wide were mailed in. This means no check of precinct. If a name - living or dead, residing at the address or not, was on a ballot, it was counted. The Election Integrity Project has documented that over 20 million illegitimate names are on the election rolls nationwide. democrats spend BILLIONS to block any efforts to clean registration rolls - because those 20 million invalid registrations ALL voted for Joe Biden.

There cannot be lots of ballots dumped into a precinct and counted. That will not work. You cannot vote twice.

1. Detroit ballots are brought to a central location from every precinct in the county. Trucks are delivering those ballots throughout the night. The were not "found" and not all Democratic.

2. False. Election laws are established by the state legislature with the approval of the governor and subject to judicial review by the state courts just like any state legislation. The Constitution clearly says these laws can be modified by Congress.

"The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators."

The Supreme Court just ruled the legislative role is subject to judicial review; after all, the legislature cannot make a law that violates the state constitution or laws.
