There is more than enough data to indicate this isn't a fluke. Crime follows Republican administrations the same way flies swarm pig shit.
Liberal political philosophy in theory is about using public service and the tools of government to enhance people's lives.
Conservatives hate government and public employees. I don't understand why they are so keen about serving in government, an institution they hate and despise.
Since they don't have any elevated view of public service, maybe the temptation is just there to use and abuse government power for strictly self serving interests.

The guy in your photo was not in a Democratic presidential administration and did not represent the people of our nation. I never implied there were no Democratic criminals in state government, city councils, or local parks commissions.
I expect the highest level of ethics in a presidential administration.
The Carter and Obama administrations were practically choir boys. Outside of lying about a consensual blowjob, the Clinton administration ran a clean and law abiding executive branch. You are never going to find crimes committed by Joe Biden.
