and what factual discussion do you have to offer in this thread?

obama said there was a systemic failure, he is at most, in charge of that failure, and at least apart of that failure.....therefore, obama admitted he is a failure

He is indeed a part of that failure. The system he has in place is a failure and should have been overhauled. Because the system that is in place was put there by a previous administration, who can share in a portion of the blame. But the bulk of the blame rests with Obama because he is in charge now.

My comment was aimed at the sarcastic nonsense that was only an attempt to slap the other party, and had no bearing on the discussion.

It was to that point that I made comment.

obama has been in "charge" for eleven months.....i fail to see how the system, now, is to be blamed on the prior admin.....given obama's statement....that this is a systemic failure. is obama really blaming bush for this terrorist attempt? and are you?

I am blaming Obama for not changing the system. It is not a safe system. It puts us in danger by bowing to political correctness. He should have fixed it in the 11 months since he took over. As I said, the bulk of the blame lies with Obama.

But not all of the blame lies with him. Considering that I am condemning him for not making changes to the system, some blame rests with the person who put the system in.

fair enough.....

however, when obama claimed the WH....if he didn't change the alleged faulty system, all the blame lies on him. you can't call something a systemic failure and not take the failure when you are president. bush took the failure for katrina, though he shouldn't have, he manned up and took responsibility. obama....always blaming others.

If you design a faulty system and put it into place, when the next person takes charge, they have the bulk of the blame for not changing it. But you installed a faulty system, so you have to share a portion of the blame. Not all the blame and not even the bulk of the blame. But you are not made completely innocent by being replaced.
