Leftists have their own language. I call it 'Liberal'. It looks like English, but words in it have no meaning or changeable meaning. You have managed to list some of the current definitions, but they will change (and probably soon).
It's easier to learn Japanese.

It never did. Communism means government ownership of markets. Examples: the Chinese government owing the concrete and steel markets; the Federal Reserve owning the currency and loan markets; Venezuela's ownership of it's oil market; Stalin's ownership of homes and farms (the food production market). Communism IS the State stealing from the productive, and giving to the unproductive.

Liberalism used to mean limited gov't and free enterprise.

Never did. It has always meant 'liberal application'. That once applied to those wanting limited government (allowing free enterprise), but no longer. Now it refers to those who seek to enlarge government, implement communism and fascism, and convert the government into an oligarchy or dictatorship.

Socialism used to mean gov't ownership of the means of production.

Never did. Socialism is theft of wealth (by using a 'social' construct...in other words, enforced 'charity'). There are three major forms: communism, fascism, and slavery. (Charity, of course, is NEVER enforced. It is ALWAYS voluntary.)

NAZI used to mean National Socialism.

Translated, it means the National Socialist Workers party. It embraced some communism, but mostly embraced fascism, another form of socialism.

While communism is government ownership of markets, fascism is government manipulation of markets. Karl Marx himself stated that fascism is merely a stepping stone on the road to communism.
Do not confuse fascism with communism. They are BOTH forms of socialism, but they are not the same thing.

This makes it very difficult to have political discussions since many of the original definitions are still used by realists.

If 'realists' means English speaking persons, you are quite right.
English and Liberal look the same, but one has meanings to words, and the other has shifting or no meanings to words. Even the phrase 'politically correct' comes out of the Liberal language.
