Will Meadows Flip?

This is where the Smith case might overlap. He's literally the fly on the wall during the plotting of the terrorist act, as well as what trump was doing the entire time the attack was going on.

Not sure it that's possible? Fed. cooperation to lessen State charges? Given that this is a conspiracy case, he no doubt has a lot of inside info regarding the discussions that went on between trump, Graham, and other criminals in Congress.

I'd read that the prosecution may not be offering much in the way of deals since they have the goods on the defendants from other witnesses. Today I learned that the grand jury recommended many others to be indicted, but the Georgia chose not to do so. What wasn't mentioned is if the prosecution go after them later once these cases were resolved.

It seems Lady G and others were a pretty close call by the grand jury, so for the moment she won't indict.

And yes...a conspiracy case doesn't need mountains of evidence so maybe Meadows is screwed. But...he might be able to trade for Fed info?

If Georgia racks up a lot of wins, they'll go after the closer cases in another year or two.

Only if he can nail Trump for treason. Otherwise, it appears the state has enough evidence in the bag.

This is the crime of witness tampering. Prosecutors tell trump associates, "I'll drop charges against you if you help me convict trump."
If you were smarter and/or sane, Tranny Dick, then you'd know all testimony needs to be corroborated in order to beat reasonable doubt in a criminal case.

I believe it was 13-7 for indictment of Lady G and a few other politicians. Most other grand juries were unanimous. I'm thinking she thought that trial juries would be similarly split on the lesser actors?

A good guess. IDK. I do believe that if Georgia has several convictions in the bag, especially if a few plead guilty, then it will be easier to prosecute the dicier cases.

Agree. The question will be how severe the sentences will be?

Just today zip tie boy and his mother were sentenced to prison. Each day the news gets worse for trump

I didn't know Meadows was on the stand? But the issue is whether or not he has even more damning evidence to spill

They can’t take his word for it anymore, he was exposed for lying under oath already once. The only way he could become a credible cooperating. Witness, is, if he has some thing to back up his words.

He could certainly corroborate testimony of others, though. Especially re. the back room meetings where the terrorist plot was hatched.

Trying to change the election results is not part of an administrator's official duties. Trump telling him to commit crimes is no defense. He is responsible for his actions.

He knows that. trump put so many incompetent judges on the bench, it's like cutting a deck of cards and hoping for the right one to sit on the bench when you really need one.

I do wonder why Trump hasn’t tried to remove his case.

And prosecutors don't tamper with witnesses.

Not on that level. Too many eyes on them, too much risk of blowback. Buttefoch, Alabama with a prosecutor who is the Sheriff's nephew? Yes, it could be a problem.

A common trait of the elderly, Euro-American JPP RW males is being far-Right, either white nationalist or, more likely, white supremacist, a vehement hatred of anyone to the left of them and paranoia.

Mostly light or a little towards moderate paranoia since the severely paranoid stay away from the Internet...due to the FBI bots.

After 9/11 and the Republican Patriot Act, given just cause such as an email testimony including Internet verifiable evidence, the FBI can activate monitoring bots; the law enforcement version of major tech corporations monitoring economical habits of people who think they are getting "free email" or "free browser". LOL

Not that honest people have to worry about that shit. :)

I'd recommend the max, but not a lawyer. It seems that judges vary between half and 2/3s of what the prosecution asks...which is usually the max. LOL

Cases should be based on individual circumstances unless there is good reason to try two or more people together such as Eric and his mommy.

RICO cases are fuzzy to me, but my understanding is that it's a verifiable conspiracy to commit a criminal enterprise.

Criminal enterprise means a group of persons sharing a common purpose of engaging in criminal conduct, associated in an ascertainable structure distinct from a pattern of criminal activity, and with a continuity of existence, structure and criminal purpose beyond the scope of individual criminal incidents.

He's spineless and demented wimp. He truly believes he can bullshit his way through this just like he's bullshitted his way through his entire life.

It's not that fucking morons don't exist, even really rich ones. It's that so many Americans are buying or pushing this bullshit. It's destructive and self-defeating. Only our enemies benefit from Americans fighting Americans.

We're a democracy. If enough Americans in the 50 states, via the EC, want this guy to become President, he'll become President just like the last time. Why?

Every single legal move that trump makes, will be at the very last second possible. In that way, each motion will have eaten up as much time as possible

Stay tuned.

LOL. We who lived through the seventies know that the FBI is always listening. Whenever we heard a click on the phone line, we would tell the person on the other end "That's just the FBI"

In the issue above, it's just the inbreds playing semantics. Offering a plea deal (that is as common as grocery shopping) is somehow 'witness tampering'.
