I did quit. I taught at risk minorities high school history at a poor school. Naturally, the resources for new teachers were basically nonexistent. I made the best decision for myself, but you don't have any idea what you're talking about, so stop trying.

Interesting...we taught in very similar situations...and it's probably wise that you chose to go in a different direction...Teaching isn't for everyone, especially in extra challenging situations...i did what was best for me...
