New "bombshell" evidence prooves that Police Officer, Derek Chauvin, was not guilty of 2nd-degree manslaughter in the death of George Floyd. Chauvin, an innocent man, was sentenced to 22 1/2 years in prison.

Chauvin's legal team are lodging an appeal with the SCOTUS.

Though they do not know if the SCOTUS will take on the case.

If Chauvin's appeal was upheld by the SCOTUS, it could likely trigger large-scale, Black rioting across America.

It is a fact that Chauvin was rail-roaded and ought not have been convicted for Floyd's death. Floyd died of cardiac arrest from a fentanyl overdose, NOT suffocation/asphyxia, and now there is water-tight proof of the fact.

Still, the SCOTUS have a history of not taking on cases that may cause civil upheaval (in this case Black rioting) because they are too "frightened and spineless" to do the right thing in seeing that justice is served.

Derek Chauvin's conviction for the manslaughter of George Floyd (a criminal drug dealer and all-round LOW-LIFE) was an outrageous miscarriage of justice. Chauvin is a young man, serving 22 1/2 years in prison for a crime he did not commit.

Here’s the REAL truth, dumbfuck.

Floyd’s death was a HOMICIDE. Death at the hands of another. He died cardiopulmonary arrest due to the extended neck compression. Several other experts testified he DID NOT die from a drug overdose. He DID NOT die from asphyxiation.

Nothing new here, asswipe.

Wrong. If he had died of cardiac arrest due to "extended neck compression," the Medical Examiner would definitely have found evidence of such (fatal) neck compression in the tissues and other structures if Floyd's neck (both external and internal). But guess what the ME found during the autopsy, Einstein? I'll tell you; he found NOTHING, ZERO, NADA, ZIP, in terms of pathological signs consistent with "extended compression" to the neck causing cardiac arrest. Do you geddit, Zombie-features; or do you want me to draw a crayon picture for you?

Unfortunately, for you, another two bit racist bitch, there are no color crayon drawings in the autopsy report. You don’t kniw from shit whether there would or would not be structural damage.

Read the report. Read the testimony of all the experts. Or find a literate 10 year old to do it for you, bitch.

The media lied in suppressing the early part of the video that showed floyd saying "i can't breathe" over and over while the cops were trying to put him in the squad car - LONG BEFORE HE WAS PUT ON THE GROUND!.

MNPD rules stated that when a suspect says he can't breathe, that means he's dying of a drug overdose and when he gets to the point he truly can't breathe, he will go berzerk and injure himself or others. So you put him on the ground and put a knee to his neck to keep him there till medics show up.

Both legally and ethically chauvin did the right thing.

If Floyd was dying of cardiac arrest and Chauvin knelt on him instead of trying to help him then Chauvin is likely guilty of manslaughter.
What was Chauvin convicted of?

ROFLMAO.
WHere in MNPD rules does it say that?
The Minneapolis Chief of Police testified that Chauvin's actions were in violation of police policy.

Chauvin died of a cardiac arrest. You've got that much right. A cardiac arrest happens (in this case, at least) due to ventricular arythmia of the heart. In this case what happened is that the toxic dose of fentanyl he had in his system depressed ( his brain's respiratory centre (this meant that the rate and volume of air he could inspire was reduced). He was not suffocated or asphyxiated by the pressure of Chauvin's knee on his neck. This meant that Floyd's heart was progressively starved of oxygen. When a human heart is deprived of adequate oxygen like this, it starts to beat in an irregular way (this is called arythmia). All opioid/opiate drugs: morphine, oxycodone, heroin, dihydromorphone, and -in this case- fentanyl, when taken in excessive doses cause this to happen. Once the ventricles of the heart go into arrythmia, the heart stops beating very quickly. This is called cardiac arrest and it is naturally fatal.

If you watch the video of Floyd's death, you will note that his is alive one moment and the next he just quietly loses consciousness - i.e. he suddenly dies of cardiac arrest. People who are choked/strangulated/asphyxiated do not die like that. Chauvin could not possibly have known that Floyd was about to die of a cardiac arrest due to ventricular arrythmia caused by the fact he had over-dosed on fentanyl (he also had "methyl amphetamine" in his system which would also certainly made his development of the fatal ventricular arrythmias more likey, esp when mixed with fentanyl).

In short, you say: If Floyd was DYING of cardiac arrest..." Death by cardiac arrest is not a PROCESS. Cardiac arrest happens "in a second;" i.e. your heart just suddenly stops beating and you are toast (unless you can be revived by electrodes that shock your heart back into life; but that's unlikely to happen if you've got a shit-load of fentanyl still in your system).

Yes I agree, it was a stitch up from start to finish.
The trachea runs down the front of the throat so a knee on the side of the neck isn't likely to occlude the trachea. So The ME was correct when he said there was no evidence Chauvin's knee caused asphyxia. But asphyxia can be caused by compression of the chest which prevents inhalation. Floyd also had police pressing down on his chest. Oxygenated blood has to travel up the carotids to supply the brain. Compressing the carotid on one side with a knee and on the other side with the pavement would occlude the carotids and deprive the brain of oxygen. If you do that for 5-6 minutes it would cause a circulatory arrest. The same thing happened on the NYC subway when the guy was put in a "sleeper hold" for too long by a good Samaritan . First you pass out from lack of oxygen rich blood to the brain then you die if it is interrupted for too long. The prosecutor should have asked if Chauvin's knee could have restricted blood supply to Floyd's brain. And asked if blood supply is interrupted long enough would it cause death. Chauvin had his knee on Floyd's neck for over 9 minutes. Your brain dies if it goes without oxygen for more than 6 minutes. The police pressing down on Floyd's chest at the very best restricted his ability to fully oxygenate his blood and at worst totally prevented him from oxygenating his blood and Chauvin's prolonged knee pressure prevented that partially oxygenated or oxygen depleted blood from reaching Floyd's brain. It was a team effort. Most police departments recognize that having a prisoner prone and applying pressure on their chests/back can lead to asphyxia. They also advise against sleeper holds which is essentially what happened in Floyd's case.

Notice in the Video when Chacin;s mother shows Chavin's training manual the MRT sketch shows the knee on the back of the neck in the upper back area and NOT on the side of the neck. (1:01) That would not compress the carotid arteries. Chavin compressed Floyd's carotids. Chavin may have not been told to keep his knee off the SIDE of a prisoner's neck.
