The idea goes back further, but the exact quote is Moynihan's originally... But for debate sake, let's say I am wrong.

If I were wrong, then I would be taking something that Moynihan did believe, and say, and post that he did believe it and say it. The alt right posters are posting things that Lincoln and Washington never believed or said, and claiming they believed and said it. Can you see the difference?

Trump explained how he would do exactly what Lincoln said could happen. Trump is simply a serious threat to end the American experiment. Biden is just a normal president respecting the bounds of the office.
