Bringing American Jews to the Republican Party

Not all Democrats support Hamas, but all American Hamas-supporters are democrats. Oct. 7 attack on Israel shone a light on the Left's widespread support for Hamas and Palestine. This should be a catalyst for Jews recognizing the Democrat(ic) party's duplicity of hate and antisemitism.

Israel and America have two common enemies: radical Islam and leftism. Radical Islam refers to Israel as the "little Satan" and America as the "great Satan." In this vein, radical Muslims like Obama, Farrakhan and the 'Squad' are in lockstep with the left, who also despise both Israel and America. While Islam's hatred is religiously founded, the globalist left see Israel and America as the last bastions of a (r)epublican form of governance.

While the left and the media wish to depict Donald Trump as Hitler and Elon Musk as Goebbels, this is nothing but projection, to cover for their own blatant antisemitism.

Leftist Jews have been a destructive force in America with their funding of leftist causes (university endowments, BLM, Media Matters, etc).

Lets hope (pray) that events play out in Israel and across America, Jews have a "come to Yahweh Moment" and join forces with Americans who share the common causes of liberty, justice, freedom of religion, and self-determination. These traits are found in the Republican, not Democrat(ic) party.

The Jews I know hate Trump after his Charlottesville comments and his dinner at Mar-a-Lago last year with a Nazi.

Trumps friends, The Proud Boys, are not well liked by a lot of Jews.

You aren't well liked by anyone.

It wasn't Republicans in Congress that refused to vote for a bill condemning the Hamas atrocities.

It was 20 Democrats.

This thread speaks to why the phrase 'lesser of two evils' is so often applied to voting. Arguments/examples can be made why Jews (or anyone) shouldn't vote for either party.

No. This thread speaks to why the OP and others of his ilk are too ignorant to participate in polite society. Unless, of course, you share the belief that Barack Obama is a radical Muslim. What happened to you? Seriously?

Not sure what I said was out of line. There have been plenty of statements made by people of all political stripes in this country that could give people pause on how they vote (right or left).

The NY Times and other progressive leaning outlets have written about the angst of progressive Jews during this time and how people they felt were allies have abandoned them. They’ve also written about there could be some political realignment as a result.

Maybe you’re reading something different into my statement but I’m not sure what Obama has to do with the above.

Giving ANY credence to the absolutely idiotic OP is out of line. Putting it up as any kind of example is distorting the truth. Let's call Obama a radical Islamic terrorist. Great idea. This kind of nonsense needs to be condemned at every single turn by people with a sense of integrity. You failed, IMHO. I don't get it. Perhaps read what the person posted. You apparently had no idea that the article had called Obama a Radical Islamist. It goes on, of course to claim that Republicans have a monopoly on liberty, justice, and freedom of religion. Maybe next time you can just tell us that Trump is Superman.

My comment wasn’t about the OP. It was based on reading the various comments people in office and others have made regarding Jewish people and Oct 7th (and some of these comments were posted ITT) as well as what has been written in the publications I mentioned in the prior post.

That there are Jewish people not enamored with the Democratic Party right now doesn’t mean they will vote Republican but it’s where the lessor of two evils applies

Then why did you cite the OP as an example? Words have meanings.

I said this thread meaning the responses posted showing statements made by elected officials and others that could be deemed as unfavorable to Jewish people

I applaud your unique ability to twist yourself into a pretzel to avoid commenting on the absolutely ignorant POSIT OF THIS THREAD. Carry on.

this is not debateable.

I didn’t comment on the article in the OP because I didn’t read it. The subject is one that has come up nationally and after reading other responses showing (National) comments I made the response I did. Admittedly I was in a pretzel this morning with a couple of the moves Tony Horton had me doing (if you’re familiar with P90X) but my post was a straight forward observation on the header.

Ain’t happening, regardless of what opinion pieces from partisan websites frame, Jews in America know which party recognized Nazis as “very good people,” what direction those who shoot up synagogues lean, who invites Holocaust deniers to dinner, who blames Jews for starring forest fires, etc
