Another MENTALLY ILL MAN crushes WOMEN at College School Swim Meet - breaks record

It's a problem if it bumps just one girl from her sport...she earned the right to be there... It's not just the record issue...
That being said, give them a lane if they insist on "competing"....and the results are separate...easy....

Indeed.

An all trans swim meet...three spectators might show up. Two are its parents.

I would hope that the parents...the coach...friends...would step up and get these kids the help they need...
If you look at pictures from the events, it's obvious that there is a need....there's a mockery being made of an entire sport in the case of the latest participation...and "win"... This young man swam for the college's men's team for three years....and then adopted pigtails and a girl's suit...https://torontosun.com/sports/other-sports/trans-woman-swimmer-breaks-new-jersey-college-record

Indeed.

The salient part…

“Those who choose to remain blind to the injustice of allowing mediocre male athletes to become record-breaking female athletes are either incompetent or misogynists. There is no in between anymore,” Gaines said in an interview with Fox News. “Women are being asked to smile and step aside and allow these men onto our teams all the while stripping us of opportunities, privacy and safety.”

There are governing bodies for all collegiate sports. The rules are set that certain levels of testosterone cannot be present for X amount of time or X amount of testing. I don’t recall what those are, nor do I care. Those are the rules, like it or not. If there’s enough hue and cry, they’ll change the rules.
Actually, starting next year the rules are going to be much more stringent. This is a work in progress, and the NCAA now knows that there are other factors besides hormone levels. It may take some time, but I think they'll eventually level the playing field as much as they can.

What it comes down to for the people who are shitting their collective diapers on this is, for them, it’s all about WINNING rather than COMPETING. If people are teaching their kids that it’s all about setting records and winning, rather than setting personal goals and doing your best, they’re doing them a disservice.

Other school sports that you mention typically have age groups. Those are their rules.
Aren't you making an argument against men competing against women? If it's about competing, why not let them continue to lose against men?

Guess what? Life is neither fair nor equitable. What people here are bitching about is winning.
That is indeed true. So perhaps the trans wins/records should be kept apart from their female competitors, not unlike pros who used steroids? Have a separate category for the men, and allow the women's records to stand.

That gives the men the ability to get the satisfaction of competing, which seems to be more important than winning.

“The Ramapo College Instagram account that posted the photo of the male swimmer has now deleted the post

They always hate the public attention after being called out for their discrimination and mistreatment of women”

There is no reason these men can not compete separately and just submit their TIME. They do not need to be waving their schlongs around in the girls locker room while the ladies are nude and vulnerable.

I’ve been reading a lot of articles, both pro and con, about transgenders in women’s sports. I see a common theme.

Without exception, the cases against transgenders boils down to ONE thing and one thing only. Winning. That’s it.

That’s where we get off track (no pun intended). High school and collegiate sports are SUPPOSED to be about inclusivity, setting personal and collective goals, well being, dealing with adversity, preparing one for the trials and tribulations beyond the sport itself. NOT merely crushing the competition. That’s where the focus has been lost on this issue. It’s become the binary win/lose mentality. That serves no good purpose.

Nick Saban, Alabama’s football coach is arguably the best in history. Even though I dislike SEC football, I respect his coaching philosophy. Process over outcome.

It’s the inner scoreboard that counts.
Focus on doing your best in every situation.
Trust in the process. Your training, mentally and physically.
Focus on the things you can control, not the ones you can’t.

When someone does these things, success will follow more often than not. And success doesn’t always mean winning.

People are trying to equate pro athletes to high school and collegiate sports. They are not the same animal and it’s inappropriate and dangerous to do so.

Athletes dedicated to their sport should be respected at any level...

When I was young, I used to hear the somewhat more conservative adults extolling the virtues of athletics.
They build character was the reoccurring theme.

I didn't believe it.

At first, I figured that athletes were merely a microcosm of people in general,
with the same percentage of menches, total slugs, and mostly, a volume of non-descript bores
as society at large.

With experience,
and that experience included a brief career as a professional athlete myself,
I'm not sure that athletes don't actually fall behind the curve a little bit.

Whatever. I don't pay that much attention to it anymore.
Let people like what they like,
and hope that the sanctioning bodies do a good job.

What these idiotic lefties fail to mention is the fact women at any level are working towards the goal of the possibility of getting a college scholarship and perhaps persuing a position on the Olympic team and the inevitable endorsements that follow.
Keep your twig and berries off the women's teams you wacko's. You want to pretend to be something else, fine, just stay in your own lane.

The number of trans athletes that are preventing that scenario is ZERO.

I pay close attention and am a firm believer that participation in athletics is a wonderful thing...and does build character...
And so much more...i think that perhaps if you looked at some of the teams I coached you would have told me that I was wasting my time with those kids...Why build a swim team with some kids who can't even swim...some who were terrified of water... after all? Weeeelllll, by the end of every season, all those kids could swim...and were so very proud...and so much better for the experience... it's not a conservative or liberal thing...it's a human thing...
And we look at humans differently...and that's ok...You didn't go into teaching or coaching...
"Let people like what they like"...;)

The sanctioning bodies consist of far left loons like you who are just swell with biological males competing with women…dressing in the same locker room..

Fortunately, your time to hate the young female athletes and deprive them of scholarships and chances at competing in the Olympics is limited.

Always a possibility....Trans athletes are taking spots in HS state meets...That being said, Riley Gaines is "benefiting"...after having to suffer losses and disappointment...and embarrassment that will stay with her for a lifetime....She and others will never quit working to make sure others don't have to experience the same...

I've come to the conclusion that you're in dire need of pity, Vandy Boy.

To match the morality and intellect of a cracker, which is virtually non-existent,
you have the reading comprehension of a stupid, mother-and-pig-fucking cracker as well.

I am as far left politically as anybody on this forum,
and I've posted in opposition to transgendered males
competing against natural biological women
countless times.

I hope for your sake that being a pathetic, stupid fuck
doesn't hurt too much.

Except, of course, when I see too many of your posts.
Then, for a brief moment, I hope that it does.
