Earl why do you think the two private firms Trump's Admin hired to investigate the elections both came back and said 'they found no election fraud', with one finding Biden actually won by a bigger margin.
Why do you think the several agencies within the US government all tasked with monitoring election fraud ALL said the election was the most fair in US history due to all the scrutiny and eyes Trump put on it, with his claims before the election?
Why do you think the 60 courts either found against, or found that Derps with no standing were trying to make claims? Why could they not find one group with a good argument and standing?

Axelrod and Biden have never really got along. He did not want Biden to run in 2020 and there were rumors he was against Biden being Obama's VP.
These are two of longest running Dems who have both held significant powers and apparently they have not always supported the same people or issues and have gone to war trying to get their positions to be the one the party follows.

Yes if you show up at the Supreme Court steps tomorrow and want them to listen to a case you think has merit, they will deny you cert. Cert is denied to parties all the time.
What that does NOT mean, is that the case had any merit because if it did, you would be able to find a group with the proper cert to bring it.
If a WRONG is done, that automatically creates someone, or a group, who is a victim who can get Cert and bring the case. That is how the system works. If you cannot find anyone to bring cert then it means you are likely making shit up and no wrong was done, thus your claimant does not have Cert, as there is no case.

And again, embarrassingly for Magats is that the Trump Admin themselves hired two private firms to find the election fraud and the only findings were that the could not find election fraud and Biden actually got more votes, than was counted and thus won by a wider margin.
Trumps team did everything they could to bury the report from the second audit firm they hired but Jack Smith got it and has made the findings available.
So the list looks like this :
- Republican governors and Secretaries of State in swing States, who all wanted to Trump to win did more audits than ever done before and found no fraud
- Trumps own government officials (AG, Election Integrity Unit, etc) all did their own investigations and found no fraud
- Trumps own privately hired audit firms all did their own investigation and found no fraud and that Biden actually won by wider margins.
- some 60 odds courts cases lost by Trump dersp all of whom could establish no fraud.
And i am probable missing some???

The parties who DO certify it, also looked and found no fraud, and thus DID certify the results.

I will concede your one strong counter argument is "Trump was a rare loser in his second term and therefore Biden might be too', but i am not sure that is an argument you want to make.

So the point, that goes over your head, is this is very much the norm when only the POTUS is in focus, that changes by election day when the Opposition is also in focus.
But again if you want to argue 'Trump lost, so the polling was right when it came to him, as the outlier example of how to be the biggest LOSER', i won't argue against that.
I do not just bring up Trump. I bring up ALL REPUBLICANS.
And do so correctly, because in the system as now constituted, the choice is going to be betweem two people...one from the Republican Party and one from the Democratic Party.
The Republican Party has nobody who knows how to govern...nor has the desire to doso...while the Democratic Party has many.
As for the job Joe Biden is doing...I think he is doing a fine job. If anything, I think he is not taking the credit that he should, but I suspect he feels the American public is tired of people like Trump giving themselves high-fives.
The economy is fine...you would be bragging about it if a Republican were in office.
