Oh, yeah. How much of the MSM did you consult, do you ever consult? The commentary from lawyers on MSNBC is that this is a case of something that on the surface looks bad but on close examination so far there's nothing there.

Humans get angry when non sequitur personal life issues are dragged in to court proceeding for sensational reasons.

Bill Clinton was angry that when, after 5+ yrs of investigating, they could get nothing against him on White Water, the same Special Prosecutor, decided that they should look into all the allegations of the affairs Bill Clinton had.

It was said that it was Brett Kavanaugh who devised the switch, saying 'that people who cheat always lie, so lets see if we can get Clinton to lie to an FBI interview or under oath, so we can pursue that crime'.


So was Bill angry. Yes, of course. If Bill did not fall into the trap of lying about it, it would have been embarrassing but a nothing burger. Instead it was the 'cover up' and not the original offense which was Bills issue. Same with Trump with regards to Classified doc's. It is the cover up he is now charged with.

That is the only chance this case against Willis has. If they can prove a consequential lie, (if the email exchange between lawyers is allowed to enter and proves damning) then they will likely both be gone. The cover up, would undue them. Nothing that happened in the case but the cover up of an affair outside the case. The judge would likely find that while the cover up is not consequential to the case, it still has enough of a perception issue to remove them.

I asked if you KEEP those records or know anyone who does when there is no reason to keep them?

There is a record of every time you buy groceries. It is called a receipt. No one, that i know of keeps them either, because like getting cash from an ATM there is NO REASON to keep them.


Why are you avoiding answering if you have kept every single cash withdrawal receipt you have ever got?

I check my bank account every day and there is a record of every deposit every withdrawal every transaction... kept on my phone or computer... a paper receipt is not the only kind of receipt that exists as you know...

I’ve seen it a lot, the female attorney lost control of the witness and was ineffective, the man was a little more effective.

Bottom line, as pointed out over and over by the judge is that as of yet, there is no evidence of a kickback .
 
Do you know how I know everyone agrees Bonnie Willis did a great job yesterday, her own attorneys are not redirecting, that’s rare, and only happens when the other side was totally ineffective.

I doubt you can access every transaction you have made since you began banking. You usually only have a small window where you can access (about 1 year, some banks up to 3) and beyond that you have to make a request to the bank and pay for them to access any archive records they can provide.

If the court wants those, then they should subpoena them and require Willis to seek them from the bank.

As it stands right now, even the other lawyers have not requested any substantiation on that. It is solely TOP saying 'Willis should have receipts', when no person typically does.

If you are switching to now 'well she should go get them then', that will not happen because TOP demands it, when the court nor opposing care to have her make that request.

the main way i always end up with a lot of cash, is when i go out with friends for dinner and drinks and the check comes.

I almost always say, if anyone wants to pay cash, they can give it to me, and i will pay the bill on my credit card.

BUt i like to carry a lot of cash. It is the poker player in me. That habit is ingrained in me, even though i play a lot less now.
