"Languages are Coming Into Our Country": open

“Everybody I speak to says how horrible it is, nobody can explain to me how allowing millions of people from places unknown, from countries unknown, who don't speak languages, we have languages coming into our country, nobody that speaks those languages. They're truly foreign languages. Nobody speaks them.”

So how in the hell did anyone take that out of context? It is exactly what he said, rambling pointlessly about languages

YOU are taking it out of context (again).
RQAA.

Stop asking the same question over and over mindlessly, Sock. It's already been answered.

Agree. trump has been a pathological liar his entire life, so he's very smooth when it comes to covering up his obvious mental decline. He just starts spouting nonsense in an attempt to steer the discussion elsewhere

More TDS. The only pathological liars are the Democrats. You cannot blame Trump for the problems of the Democrats.

Yes we are all familiar with this new Trump lie that he always means to call Biden, Obama, and that he said Nikki Haley purposely for Nancy Pelosi and that he meant Mercedes.

From now on the lie will be Trump intended every gaff.

Well then so too does Biden. He has never made a gaff, they are all intended.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Biden never made any gaff??????!? Have you SEEN the collections of them all over Youtube???

So Tommy why do you insult the Thai royal family when you call the Chinese, chinks?

The present Thai royal family, the Chakri dynasty, was founded by King Rama I who himself was partly Chinese. His predecessor, King Taksin of the Thonburi Kingdom, was the son of a Chinese father from Chaoshan.

A completely random post. No one is talking about Thailand or any dynasty.

Racism is real.

Immigration is 'taking pressure off' the job market and U.S. economy, expert says

Foreign-born workers made up 18.6% of the civilian labor force in 2023, up from 15.3% in 2006, according to Bureau of Labor Statistics data.
While immigration poses some challenges, it's a net benefit to the U.S. economy, economists say.
Without foreign-born labor, the U.S. labor pool would shrink because of lower birth rates and an aging workforce, making it harder to finance programs such as Social Security.
The share of immigrants in the U.S. labor force has steadily increased for more than a decade, and that growth is poised to continue — a trend economists say benefits the American workforce and economy.
In 2006, 15.3% of the civilian labor force was made up of "foreign-born" workers, or those born outside the U.S., according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. That share hit a record 18.6% in 2023.
Mark Zandi, chief economist at Moody's Analytics, said the increase in foreign-born workers is "taking pressure off the economy."
"In fact, it's probably one reason why the economy grew so strongly last year," he said.
U.S. gross domestic product, a measure of economic output, grew by 2.5% in 2023, beating expectations and increasing from 1.9% in 2022.

Imperial measurement really has nothing to do with speaking English.
Yes it does, Sock. The 'Imperial' you refer to is the ENGLISH KING.
Because you don't know how many inches in a furlong or how many pounds in a stone doesn't mean you can't do precise measurements.
There are 7920 inches in a furlong (or 660 feet).
There are 14 lbs in a Stone (curling stones are between 38 and 44 lbs).

No one ever said you can't do precise measurements in Imperial units.

Yup.

RB reflects a lot of ignorance that exists in america, in that regard. A person could be 10 times smarter and more capable as an employee who does not know things, because they did not grow up with them, but knows enough to look up conversions and apply them.

While true, this is not about languages, nor the fact that most people in the United States do not speak Chinese nor even Spanish.
If you have trouble with converting inches to feet or back again in the United States, you have a real problem. It ain't that hard.

No, it isn't. The pressure is due to the current economic depression that was started by Democrats.

Most illegal immigrants are not working (except as spies or drug dealers, at best).

How many kings in a foot?
How many queens in a gallon?
How many google searches in your answer?

Repetition fallacy (chanting). You already posted this.

Illegal immigrants are mostly on welfare, Sock.

Illegal immigrants are not 'taking the pressure off the economy', Sock. The economy is in depression, started by the Democrats.

GDP is not the economy, Sock.

Of course it does. Those who haven't studied it, won't understand it.

You speak English, yet you don't know (without looking) the decimal equivalent of 3/32.

Measuring length is only as accurate as those little tick marks on a ruler or tape. After that, you're guessing.

ROFLMAO.
You are too funny.
It's 3 times the decimal equivalent of 1/32.
1/32 is 1/2 the decimal equivalent of 1/16 so 3/32 is the decimal equivalent of 1/16 plus 1/2 the decimal equivalent of 1/16.
I can also calculate the mm equivalent of 3/32 in my head faster than you can look it up.

1/4" is .25 so 1/8" is .125 so 1/16" is .0625 so 1/32 is .03125 so 1/64" is .015625 so 1/128" is .0078125 and anyone working with 1000s of inches is likely working in mm if they have any intelligence. Then to change from mm to inches is just the click of a button in most modern machines.

Can you tell me what G02 and G20 do in g-code without looking it up?

I always find it funny how stupid people always think no one is as smart as they are.

Why would anyone working with 1000 inches use millimeters??????!?

You probably mean thousanths of an inch. A millimeter is 0.039 inches, a lot more than 1/1000th of an inch.
Thousanths of inches are used in machining work all the time. Most aircraft parts that are machined, for example, are to within these kinds of tolerances specified in INCHES, not millimeters. You will also find many bolts and screws in use based on inches, not millimeters.
