She didn't go into detail for her recent comments. But there's word that she has been worried for a long time now that Joe just couldn't go through the next 7 months of media scrutiny over his less than enthusiastic march toward the election in November. She may be concerned that Joe's cognitively declining mind and feeble-emaciated body won't be able to stand up to the stressful, demanding, and debating effectiveness that is needed to compete against Trump.

Stay tuned, for this possibility that Joe will be stepping down soon could come any day now.
