Hezbollah confirms leader Hassan Nasrallah killed in Israeli strike

Wutt? You stupid twat. I'm not recruiting anyone nor was I mocked. I'm named after a clothing brand, not a form of fuel. How many times do people have to tell you the same thing before you finally begin to understand it? I hope Netanyahu has a bullseye on your empty skull.
What do you cost per gallon down your way ?

Poverty, Dutch, just like certain areas of the USA.
Agreed on poverty. Notice their royalty doesn't have that problem.

It's a matter of culture and social evolution. While its changing, cultural change comes slowly since human beings are highly resistant to it unless forced by others or circumstances.

Arab Spring brought many good changes, but it's still a social process that takes a generation or two. Especially if those in power still have their grip on it.

Notice that Ms. Moon supports the old ways of poverty and dictatorship in the ME all while enjoying the benefits of living in the West. She wants the status quo minus the Jews.

I've noticed that you question my views but not hers, Phan. Why?

Legacy

Although the protest movements in 2011 were unique in their interconnected struggle for democracy across the region, the push to end corruption and improve citizens’ quality of life did not end with the Arab Spring. Protests continued for years to come, and an additional wave of protests took place in the Arab world in the late 2010s and early 2020s. In February 2019, protests in Algeria toppled the government of Pres. Abdelaziz Bouteflika; in April, Sudan’s military ended the 30-year rule of Pres. Omar al-Bashir after months of protests. Iraq and Lebanon, democracies whose polarized factions rendered the governments incapable of addressing major crises, also faced massive demonstrations of their own in 2019–20. Although these individual protest movements were not inspired by one another, the scale and similarity of their grievances led many observers to refer to this wave of protests as a second Arab Spring.

"Hezbollah has confirmed the death of its leader Hassan Nasrallah, after Israel said he was killed in its airstrikes on the Lebanese capital of Beirut on Friday. The killing marks a major escalation in the long-running conflict and deepens fears of a wider regional war."

The conflict continues to grow. Israel has a right to defend itself. Hamas and Hezbelloah must go. Palestine must be free. The ticking timebomb is nearing detonation, and I think we should just let them all kill each other.
Good, long past due for that pig to roast in hell

Having a bad weekend, Diesel? You've ignored history and only seem in fighting everyone on the forum. Why?
You neither know nor understand history. The Jews and the Arabs will never stop fighting. If you mattered, I would wonder why you're feigning so much outright stupidity and ignorance right now.

1: Israel is no joke. Its a nuclear power with advanced weapons2: Iran is a ~90 million economy with fragile industrial infrastructure. The country which equips all the forces that fight Israel3: Weapons like Air-Lora mean Israel can reach Iran and Iran can at best only provide point-protection of very important objects against such weapons4: Israel is under existential threat if a full war breaks out.It would certainly use its nuclear weapons if the situation becomes too critical5: Israel used a covert sabotage asset to assassinate Haniyeh and took no responsibility. In the 1. April attack against Iran's embassy compound in Damascus, Israel took no responsibility, but it could be proven that only Israels military could be responsible for it.6: Iran's missile attack in April was disproportional in the sense that a key goal was to force Israel to spend a large amount of its expensive and rare 1st tier missile defense interceptors. But the actual impact was proportional or even below that: Striking the military assets (or their support infrastructure) that were used to strike the embassy compound.A capability display against a nuclear power with very fragile shallow strategic depth. Carefully calibrated to not escalate things further.7: An aggressive nuclear power with strong military is best defeated via a prolonged war directly at its borders. Stressing its economy and wearing out the homefront. With or without its old leadership, Hezbollah is designed to do exactly that. Some people don't like the hear such things, but its a matter of life and death, not some computer game

And the rest of the world is doing what they can to prevent the incineration of the planet as the American Empire is removed from power.

Just as I believe that there should be absolutely no restrictions on what can be said I cast a very wide net as I am accumulating information, I will listen to anyone if they do or might advance my understanding.

A pair costs about $400. More money than you have ever worn on your wretched body.
You're a Mammon-worshiping loser, Gas. What's your pollution rate, per mile ?

Haw, haw......................................haw.

Israel has a right to defend themselves, but Netenyahu has escalated the situation. He is the Israeli Trump. His interest is to continue the war because it keeps him from having to face scrutiny about the charges against him.
Bibi is a criminal. He does no favors for Israeli.

Nope, I am far from materialistic, but I have treated myself to some nice things. I'm named after jeans, not fuel.
