Papal front runners. If the Black guy becomes the next pope, white Republicans will scream DEI till their buttholes explode

The Ten Commandments say the 7th day is the Sabbath and sets forth commands for its observance I have proven that the Catholic Church says that THEY changed it to the "Lord's day" . The first day of the week is NEVER called the Lord's day in the Bible. The only day of the week referred to as the Lord's day is the 7th day Sabbath. Here are the only few verses in the Bible that even mention the 1st day of the week. As you can see God never changed the Sabbath observance to the 1st day of the week. Violation of the Sabbath is a violation of the moral law. It is right up their with lying, stealing and murder. It is important to God.

Mat 28:1
In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.

1Co 16:2
Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.
You didn't prove anything. Jesus healed on the Sabbath and didn't follow ritual hand washing. Bad right? If you kill someone but you celebrate the Sabbath on the 7th day do you think that matters to God? You're like the Pharisees, you miss the corset for the trees. its hilarious

lol never mind homosexual males commit over 35% of kiddie rapes, more like 50% in real life, and they're only 2% of the population. And, as the last major investigation of NAMBLA, a founding member organization of the ILGA, showed to be a fact, they will also rape little girls if in a 'dry' spot while grooming some more little boys. Saying 'the majority are heterosexuals' is a laughable deflection.

'Medical professionals' is a running joke when it comes to Woke politics, as the so-called 'mental health' industry deliberately quashes any negative facts re homosexual behaviors as part of its political agenda. Your 'facts' are biased bullshit.

lol says a deviant gimp who likes to distort 'facts' in order to peddle crap.
Child please, the adults are talking here. If you don't have anything worthwhile to contribute, go play with your Legos.

Interesting. I lived among fundies for many years. Even went to one of their churches for a couple years. That is not what I was told. It probably varies by sect and the minister's belief. Many of those non-denominational churches make it up as they go.
And what are you considering a "fundie"? Many Catholics believe my children would go to Hell because I didn't have them Christened... even if they were infants. Are they "fundies"? Most protestants won't even baptize a child until they reach the "Age of Reason", so you'll see those kids getting baptized when they are around 8 years old, they do believe in immersion baptizing so you'll see tubs deep enough for even adults to be dipped into the water entirely.

What I think you mean by "fundie" are the folks that wrote the Left Behind series, etc. Those folks that will tell you to "love the sinner, hate the sin" when talking about gay folks. Folks that aren't Catholic or Methodist... Those folks, even in their books, have the kids disappearing when "The Rapture" comes, every kid under 8, along with all the believers. This is because they believe that until they can decide the fate of their immortal souls that god has their back....

Seriously? You must have missed the multiple citations I have posted

Council of Laodicea

Canon 29

Christians must not judaize by resting on the Sabbath, but must work on that day, rather honouring the Lord's Day; and, if they can, resting then as Christians. But if any shall be found to be judaizers, let them be anathema from Christ.

Canon Law: This is the body of laws and regulations that governs the internal life and organization of the Catholic Church.
I need a link. You're a disciple of Luther.

Yep and if they sprinkle it is meaningless and if they Baptize infants before the age of accountability it is also meaningless.
You haven't shown that from the bible either. Entire households were baptized. Nothing says infants should be excluded. You're ASSUMING you're position.

Wait a minute. YOU said that the Catholics didn't change the fourth Commandment of GOD. I proved to you that they say they changed it. In fact they brag that the fact that almost all Christian churches observe the 1st day instead of the 7th day and it is a mark of their authority. God's word does not change and Man does not have the authority to change it either.

Mal 3:6
For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

And if you think about it since God is omnipotent there is no reason for Him to change.

Christie I have studied Catholic teaching for years and years I know a lot more about them than you think.
 You "studied" it the way people study opinions that confirm their own, and disregard the rest. You nitpick it to death because you aren't scholarly, you're biased.

@Dutch Uncle Here are a couple of shows that help explain the cover-up and the investigative journalist that exposed the church. While The Keepers is about a nun's murder, it details the sexual abuse of young girls in an all-girls high school in Baltimore. The pedophilia in the church wasn't limited to altar servers.

Spotlight was great. I put "The Keepers" on my watchlist. Thanks!

I never even mentioned the fourth Commandment. Are you drunk?

Christ gave us the example of baptism. He didn't get sprinkled. Christ was an accountable age when he was baptized not an infant. Baptism is a CHOICE to follow God. Infants can't choose anything.
