The former chief of staff to Senator John Fetterman, Democrat of Pennsylvania, was so alarmed with his ex-boss’s erratic behavior last year that he wrote a lengthy letter to his doctor warning that the senator was spiraling out of control and that his mental health issues could cost him his life.

“I’m worried that if John stays on his current trajectory he won’t be with us for much longer,” Adam Jentleson, the former chief of staff, wrote on May 20 to a doctor who had treated Mr. Fetterman at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
 
Fetterman is suffering similar dementia to trump. He's been neglecting his follow up appointments post stroke.

Amazing isn't it, they also had no problem with him when he actually had real mental problems lingering from a recent stroke so much that he needed a computer to convert questions to text for him. He's not shooting up the libtard dope like the rest are, so now he's got to go.

Several people close to Fetterman, including his own wife, believe that he isn't taking care of himself and only getting worse.

Should elected national officials such as the President and all in Congress be subject to regular medical checkups with drug and alcohol testing? Do voters have a right to know if their representative is fit to serve?

Fetterman reportedly failed to attend regular blood draws, which was a "crucial component" of his recovery plan. According to the article, the senator's wife, Gisele Fetterman, at one point refused to meet with him until he went to get bloodwork done, which he did—some months after his previous appointment.
 
Fetterman was elected because he had a chance to win the election. He was damaged goods then. We hoped he would get better. He has improved but his righty leanings show he still has mental damage.

Leaning right isn't a problem, but failing to follow up medical advice for a severe problem is, indeed, a sign of mental damage. Even is wife is worried. It's either denial of the problem or suicidal.
