With certain exceptions, that should be outlawed, and it already is. It is only recently that Democrats have attempted to circumvent those laws in the interest of the sexual perversions.
Notable exceptions are: maintenance personnel conducting maintenance without the girls using it, and certain exceptions, such as organized events by nudists (where male and female locker rooms don't really mean anything) making use of that facility with that facilitie's permission (as a private event).
There are no debates here. Just conversations.
