That would work but also more complex and more difficult to hide during routine maintenance checks...and the presidential flights are the best maintained aircraft in the US, both fixed and rotary wing.

A package half the size of a loaf of bread, placed next to the bulkhead or, better, shaped to look like part of the frame, would be easier to hide for years. For this reason, I suspect the USAF will take the plane apart as much as they are able and go over it with a fine-toothed comb.

IMO, Trump is stupid to accept, much less fly in, such a gift. This isn't a diamond brooch or a nice watch.
