I don't understand the convention of female breasts needing to be covered.
They should be covered where men's chests should be covered--walking public streets, for example.
On the beach, in your own yard, in the ball park bleachers (not in the box seats) for a July day game--
men doff their shirts, and frankly, I see no reason for woman not to do it either.
It doesn't have to be just for Mardi Gras.
I can do without seeing penises and vaginas and anuses flaunted about in public--it's a health issue--
but what the hell is the problem with breasts?
