Arturo Diaz-Perez, a Mexican national, is facing administrative immigration violations. He has previous criminal convictions for narcotics violations and carrying a controlled weapon.
Juan Antonio Flores-Felician is a previously deported Mexican nation with previous criminal convictions for burglary, possession of stolen property and receiving stolen property.
Felimon Alejo-Garcia, a Mexican national, on administrative immigration violations. He has a prior DUI conviction.
Diego Hernando Quinones-Alvarado, a Colombian national, on administrative immigration violations. He has a previous DUI conviction and was recently arrested for burglary.
Mexican national Russell Gomez-Dzul for allegedly assaulting a federal officer.

Trump has not invoked the Insurrection Act.
Trump is using the Posse Comitarus Act for sending the National Guard, but it doesn’t cover the Marines:

And both laws, which have been used sparingly in 200+ years of history, specify the threat of “ invasion, rebellion , or threat of a rebellion,” none of which exists in LA

Posse Comitatus is for the regular, federal US Army. The National Guard are state "militia." They can be called up to do things like quell riots. That's why Trump chose that route. The Marines are part of the Navy and not covered by the act either.
As of right now, Trump hasn't invoked that act. The Marines are on standby at Camp Pendleton, not in LA.

Most of them already have been. California has shielded them from deportation. At most, they're going to be frog walked in front of an immigration judge who will order them deported. There isn't an immigration lawyer on the planet that can save them from that.
