Toxic 1) has never met a sexual assault victim who she couldn't blame for being assaulted, and 2) she is desperately envious of Ms. Carroll's looks, accomplishments, and success. It's an occupational hazard when one has never risen above lunch room lady but is frantic to be seen as a "teacher." lol
