Yep. The district is split pretty closely so if there are serious negative issues--I don't think "I hate Trump" will cut it--it likely could happen. If on the other hand, the economy, etc., are going along pretty smoothly, it will be difficult for a Democrat to win. Things going well or okay tends to breed apathy.
