I think TrumpCo's position is that if your green card was revoked because of a criminal conviction, you are living on borrowed time in this country. You are not a legal resident and do not have a right to stay here.

A judge issued her a final order of removal in 1999, and she was deported to Canada. That same year, she reentered the country illegally AGAIN. Reentering the county after being deported is a FELONY.

Her conviction and green card revocation was 15 years ago. She benefited from the leniency of the Obama and Biden administrations, who generally didn't want to rip mothers away from their American-born children.
But she and her husband cheered and supported a candidate who was crystal clear that mercy and leniency was not part of his mass deportation agenda.
