There's a whole raft of environmentalist issues the Left pushes as mainstream that are junk science like:

The anti-fracking movement
The anti-nuclear movement
Much of the climate change / Gorebal Warming movement
The solar and wind advocates
Or, something more mundane like telling us wood pellet stoves are "carbon neutral."
You had Al Gore's movie Earth in the Balance open in theaters nationwide. It's still shown in schools occassionally.

There's the LGBTPDQRST movement and...
Men can get pregnant
An infinite number of "genders"

The Left told us unequivocally and often with the force of law during the Chinese Disease panic:

Masks work
Certain drugs were worthless while others were panaceas.
Social distancing works

I could go on and on with the crap the Left has pushed. They rarely know any actual science and usually glom onto any particular fad of the moment in science regardless of how idiotic it is because it's the one that's the Left's scientific consensus of de jour.

Okay, well, the National Socialist German Workers Party went defunct in 1945, so obviously democrats are not literally Nazis. But for my money, policy for policy, behavior for behavior, and their promotion of some polices that are sheer evil, democrats are Nazis is spirit, if not technically.

They aren't that far yet, and not even close. They're headed, more or less, towards where most of Western Europe was in the 1950's to 70's. That is, a heavily socialist social-welfare state centered on a statist capitalist economy with some socialization of certain industries. The Socialization of industry is usually couched in terms like "Too big to fail..."

Just from your list: The Nazis were selectively pro-abortion. For the most part they wanted lots of kids. Women that had lots of births and kids were awarded the Cross of Honor medal for their service to the Reich.

Both anti-free speech and religion are the same way. The Nazis were selective. They didn't mind Christian and Catholic religion but anything else was frowned on. Speech was regulated, as it is even today in much of Europe and not just Germany, but their big push was to eliminate foreign language in German media.

Once the Nazis had control of the government they cracked down hard on the more violent groups they'd used in part to gain power, like Ernst Rohm's Brown Shirts. Don't think for a moment they like violent revolutionaries unless those revolutionaries are being used to gain them power.

Firearms were regulated in Germany under the Reich but not wholesale confiscated. On the whole Nazi gun laws were about the same as those laws were previous to their taking power.
