Should that condition exist? NO! In fact that condition should not exist ANYWHERE. It is my sincere HOPE that POTUS Trump does take control of the situation in DC. Its high time for the criminals to run for their lives in fear! And trust me.....He can make that happen for them,...AND SHOULD. Time to clean out the riff raff in DC and everywhere else. Bring it on bitches,......you will get trampled like the trash you are,...in short order I might add. Best thing that could happen to this country!
