They are not equal. A couple of black slave owners is not the same as white plantation owners having 4 million slaves. White people beat, flogged, abused, and separated families ,selling their wives and children. Yes, white slavers were bad. Are you saying they were not? It's possible to report on the fact that slavery took place without having to decide for others if it was good or bad. If you don't know it's bad then you're morally fucked up. Since you're a leftist you're morally fucked up because you don't believe there's an absolute right or wrong. You can't can say there are no moral absolutes and they try to declare slavery is bad.
