Selective outrage is hypocrisy.

There is a tremendous lack of self-awareness on the part of MAGA now.

I just heard a podcaster say that the only hateful rhetoric comes from liberals. That it's only the liberals who try to portray their opponents as a threat to the country. And he added that when anyone on the right commits a crime, conservatives ALWAYS condemn it and make sure that person is brought to justice & locked up - conveniently forgetting the J6 pardons.

I feel like I'm losing my mind hearing some of this absurdity from the right. They can't see themselves.

No proof required.
Anyone reading this board for the last 48 hours can notice MAGA morons have almost exclusively seen this murder through the lens of political advantage, whereas almost the first thing I wrote was concern for his children.
"...almost the first thing..." LMFAO you blow up your own argument. I love it.

Melissa Hortman, the Minnesota Representative that was killed by some lunatic Trump supporter with a long laundry list of leftist targets.
Okay. How was she "mocked, ridiculed, and dismissed?" Seems to me she's a minor political figure in Minnesota state politics with no national standing.

Yes, there are lunatics on both sides of politics, and her murder was another tragedy. I don't see a direct comparison in terms of political impact however.

We've talked a great deal about how this affects his family...View attachment 59335

This is the tragedy after the tragedy. The survivors and family members will live with the horror of this day for the rest of their lives.

Charlie himself noted that this horror was a cost of having the rights of the Second Amendment. He considered it a deal worth making. I disagree. Perhaps Charlie forgot that the horror doesn't just stop on the day the bullet flew.

To best honor the memory of a man who was brave enough to speak his mind we should always remember what he said about gun violence:

“I think it’s worth it. I think it’s worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights.”

This is the very first thing I posted about it:

It's really curious that you view his death through the lens of political advantage, whereas my first thought was about the tragedy for his children.
His wife and kids were the first thing I thought about when I heard he was shot but I don't come here to discuss them. What we're faced with here is a piece of shit leftist starting a thread titled, "I hope these political assinations occur more often". Leftists have been thrilled Charlie was gunned down. The LAST thing anyone needs is your self servicing bs about caring about his wife and kids. Fuck off

You're not Melania Trump, I was specifically referring to MAGA moron posters here, and a cursory search of your posts does not reveal you writing about the effect on his children
You'd be wrong.... MelaniaTrump's post is just an example of that....That isn't the first time I posted it. It's generally not a good idea to talk about the children Or family here is it though... That kind of discussion always turns nasty.... And not a direction that we want to go... When was the first time you mentioned concern for his wife and children here?

He will be remembered for far more than that single remark..... It does seem
To be a "favorite" though .. And i'm not surprised it's yours....so hang on to that..
Most of have so much more To honor his memory... and so does his precious family... This is a turning point.... Bottom line ...we will not let his death be in vain.... Premeditated assassination is pretty heinous...
