Trump is foolish enough not to work behind the scenes. He has zero plausible deniability when he's telling them to prosecute people publicly. Braindead's handlers went behind the scenes to get it done.
The difference here isn't in whether it was done, it is in how it was done. One side, more practiced at it, protected themselves, the other... either naive or just plain foolish, didn't.

Are you going to act like the left did not engage in Lawfare against Trump? Seriously? If the left is not made to pay for their bad behavior they will repeat it again and again.
