The prior US Attorney Eric Siebert, a Trump chosen one, examined this case trying to indict and failed to see a case that would even reach that much lower threshold which is why Trump pushed out and put in his personal lawyer, an insurance lawyer, who has never been a prosecutor.

If this was to reach a trial, which it will not and it will be dismissed, ERic Siebert would be subpoenaed to testify and his declination memos on this case, explaining why he did not see enough evidence to indict would be presented as evidence.

So you are simply lying stating this is as a slam dunk when Trumps own hand picked US Attorney did not even see it as something that could reach the much lower threshold of indictment, which is simply "reasonable grounds to believe a crime may have occurred" based on the one sided evidence presented to the grand jury.
 
What many people do not know is that is DoJ policy ONLY that prosecutors must present to the Grand Jury not just the one sided evidence that could convince a jury that a person may have done a crime, but ALSO any evidence that might counter that and show they did not do the crime.

That is because the DoJ understands that in the trial the Jury will see it all and so it is pointless to get a Grand Jury to indict on the much lower standard of "reasonable grounds to believe a crime occurred", if you are so insecure about your case that you think showing them the countering stuff might prevent them indicting when you know the Jury will see it and has to be unanimous on the higher standard of 'beyond any reasonable doubt'.


Is anyone here foolish enough to believe Trump Insurance Lawyer, followed DoJ norms and policy and showed the Grand Juries the 'countering evidence'? Or do we think she solely presented stuff that could make it look like a crime was done simply to gain the indictment, and not caring if it fails in court after?

And i ask the above knowing 100% of magats are foolish enough.

First, he had no penalty associated with his convictions BECAUSE of his upcoming inauguration.

Second, he was convicted in STATE court, you fucking idiot.

Third, the Supreme Court gave him almost complete immunity if, by ANY stretch of the imagination, his treasonous actions can be construed as “official”.

Fourth, all the other solid cases against him faded away ONLY because they couldn’t go forward with him in office. That, and the Georgia prosecutor fucking a co-worker, which had NOTHING to do with the evidence.

You just can’t face the truth that your cult leader is a fucking crook, through and through. That’s common for cultists.

You bleeping moron. The law he supposedly broke had passed the statute of limitations so they resurrected it by saying he violated Federal elections finance laws even though the FEC never even charged him with a crime or even fined him. You are too stupid to even argue with. Dismissed.

Donald Trump's 34 felony convictions have not yet been adjudicated on appeal.

His "guilt" stands for now but the appeals process is not finished. This will never survive the appeals process. :laugh: You know that in your heart.
