Just to be clear, Toxic was never a teacher. She just says she was on the internet. It's bizarre.

Also, I taught too. I was a history teacher at a public, high-risk, lower-income, mostly-minority high school. I lasted a year. Without support from the administration, which had nothing to do with educating children, and the school board, which was composed of elected non-educators, I couldn't justify the hard work and the low pay for the most important job in the world. Americans don't value education. That's why the system is worthless and the country is overrun by illiterate, mouth breathing Trump voters. I would really love to be teaching, but it's just not worth it.

It is like the kid across the street from me when I was a kid. He ate a box of chocolate ExLax when his mom found the empty box he blamed it on his little sister. The truth came out in the end.

Decent corporations don't check boxes and fill quotas...they hire the best...
They can claim to practice DEI, but they won't get away with it...People aren't afraid to speak up any more...
Take the Iowa superintendent, for example...we'll see more of those kind of hires be exposed and replaced...
(Even Jerry gave up trying...so now it's just Ben and_____ Ice cream...lol...)
 
DEI does not make sure minorities are overlooked... quite the opposite...That's why it's gone...
The best candidates are not overlooked when hiring is properly done...
