Those on food stamps can always pawn their piles of stuff like big screen TV's, iphones, bling, and who-knows-what, that they have acquired by various means. They can sell their car and take public transit too. After all, the Left LOVES public transit and thinks everybody should be using it all the time.

Of course, the vulture class of Americans won't do that. They like their toys and stuff too much. So, for them, it becomes all about how the government isn't subsidizing their lazy asses and promoting their materialistic lifestyle.

Yea, sure...

Let's see: The government taxes someone who actually generates wealth in the economy. They then use some of that tax money to pay bureaucrats and operate a bureaucracy that redistributes a portion of that money to persons to buy food. The person buying that food with that money generates less wealth than they consume.

The result is a net drain on the economy.

Citing the bureaucracy that does the handing out is meaningless as, of course, they will tell you how great a job they're doing and how it benefits society greatly. They like and want to keep their jobs.
