No one was “in a panic” cause immigrants were there, rather because of the way they got there, unannounced, in the middle of the day, with no advance notice so preparations could be made. The Governor utilized the Guard to relocate the fifty lost people to nearby facilities where they could be feed, housed, and processed.
It was a cheap publicity stunt that pimped people to gain fifteen minutes of attention on Fox and alike which the State of Florida totally paid for and accomplished nothing
