Saying Trump was successfully impeached is like saying someone is accused of murder and found innocent at trial but is still guilty of murder.

The impeachment is already a "Success" as it then moves to the Senate for a seperate function. That Senate function does not undue the "success" of the House impeachment if they fail to convict. It was already a "success" and the POTUS remains an Impeached president for the history books.
