First Trump quote was word for word, the second Trump reposted on his website, so if you want to get anal retentive, which a lot of MAGA seemingly do, no, he didn’t directly utter the exact words, but he did take the time to echo them on his own vehicle

Other than accusations, and Trump accuses people of something nearly everyday, the great unifier that he is, there was no crime, it’s not a crime to repeat Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice

The Rosenbergs were not executed for sedition, and repeating Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice in public is not a crime, besides, the oath of office military personnel take doesn’t swear loyalty to the President but rather to the Constitution

Trump starting an inquiry doesn’t mean one is automatically guilty of anything, and as we just saw with Comey, Trump inquires, investigations, and even indictments usually are a joke initiated for attention and go nowhere

It won't go beyond the dishonorable discharges. Kelly is still in reserve status, so this appears to be a done deal. The others who are formally discharged can have retroactive dishonorables, but it's a more complicated process.

But Mark Kelly is dishonorably discharged for sedition and incitement to mutiny. Yeah, that does make him a scumbag.
 
Since Trumps 2016 presidency and before he has consistently and constantly said people, including the military would do illegal things on his behalf, and he has also suggested or asked questions to those in leadership around doing illegal things or if they could.

When you have a person and particularly a person in power, especially a POTUS, doing that, it is necessary for others, over and over to repeat to others that they have an obligation to 'follow the law' and to refuse any 'illegal orders'.

That is simple common sense.
