I would like you to attempt a little math. Imagine, if you will, the Navy spots a fast-moving boat on the high seas, obviously from an aircraft, how long do you think any other fast boat could catch up to them assuming that other fast Navy boat is on the slower Navy boats patrolling the ocean and could possible be hundreds of miles away?
