The Coast Guard and the Navy both have boats that run just as quickly as those. Your argument is absurd, nobody would use an Aircraft Carrier to chase down those boats.

Imagine, if you will, the Navy spots a fast-moving boat on the high seas, obviously from an aircraft, how long do you think any other fast boat could catch up to them assuming that other fast Navy boat is on the slower Navy boats patrolling the ocean and could possible be hundreds of miles away?
