Nope. Looking at this more, the ship wasn't flagged, the USCG / military boarded what was essentially a "rogue" merchant ship in international waters and then took it as a prize. Think this was a "pirate" ship and the US executed a "search warrant" on it.

How is this "stealing property from another country" when the ship was operating without being flagged and registered in some country?
Matt Smith, lead oil analyst at commodity tracking firm Kpler, said the ship seized Wednesday — believed to be a Panama-flagged tanker called Skipper — was not commercially trackable and probably had its automatic identification system turned off.
Skipper is registered to Triton Navigation, a corporation registered in the Marshall Islands, according to the Treasury Department’s “Specially Designated Nationals” list. Treasury in 2022 called Triton one of a number of “shipping companies critical to the oil smuggling network” supporting Iran’s Hezbollah.
So, you had a tanker that wasn't using it's required tracking transponder, was flying a false flag, and headed to a known destination in violation of international sanctions on Venezuela, loaded with oil that would have been illegally sold on the black market.
That adds up to what amounts to a pirate ship engaged in international criminal activity.
How does that become Trump's property?

It doesn't. It becomes the property of the US government, of whom Trump is the chief executive. His ordering the takedown of a rogue pirate ship engaged in international criminal activity is a normal function of a government.
So, show us how this tanker ended up being "Trump's property." Hint: It didn't.
