I think there are about 9 billion reasons this is likely massive voter fraud to go with the massive Medicaid / welfare fraud going on in that state.
Well, if you are going to purchase votes and you don't personally have a ton of money, the easiest way to do it is through fraud, ay?

My bet is it's both. You have Somalis getting millions in cash from the government. What's to stop them from spending a small fraction to pay other Somalis to go to the polls and vote a particular way? What's to stop them from getting mail in ballots sent to every Somali (or other group) and then paying those people a small amount of money to hand over their blank ballot after signing it?
How many people would willingly hand over their mail in ballot for say, a $50 bill? On that scale of payment, it's just $1 million in cash to buy 20,000 votes. The scammers don't even have to fill out the whole ballot either. They could just mark the few races that they're getting paid to throw votes at.

They don't have to pay them, have you seen their reaction to questions? They are afraid what would happen to them if they talked. I think this will have to be a RICO thing... They also need to spread beyond the Somali mafia-like folks, there are government officials that broke the law by not reporting these things.
