who is the elected leader here? not him. but who in the country does have the power to issue a legal extradition?

ultimately, we need to call out these shit stains for what they are. If the United States can put a 25 million bounty on his head, and these shit stains stayed quiet on that - they really have no reason to complain now

He has specifically said this is not about that or helping the Venezuela people and is about American companies gaining access to the oil.

That will require a permanent US military presence with boots on the ground to give protection to big US oil if they are going to spend billions building the infrastructure lacking there which is why so little oil is currently produced.

This is exactly what lead to 9/11 and the eye of increased terror attacks aimed at the US as citizens watched their country wealth stolen by America while they got little to nothing
 
As much as this should have never happened had the US immediately said...

'we are handing power over to the overwhelming democratically elected leader who won the last election, or we will support the UN supervising a new election, and then the US will work with the winner. This is about a democratic Venezuela being returned to the people'.

Then I think all sorts of people would have supported this after the fact.

Ah, no, Venezuela has an extradition treaty with the US from 1922 but it specifically sites that no Venezuelan citizen can be extradited out of Venezuela, besides, to extradite a person you have to request such from their Government, you just don’t abduct the individual
