Another detail is that the ICE murderers failed to render assistance and prevented medical help. They just let Renee bleed out. This is also adds to the charge of murder. There were no ICE medics and no one was helping her.

Why would the ICE patrol call for medical help if they already found that she was dead? You know, it's not that easy to check someone's pulse to see if they're alive. And no ICE officer is a murderer, and in fact one of them stopped the woman from murdering him.
