"African Stonehenge" usually refers to Adam's Calendar in Mpumalanga, South Africa, a 100-foot stone circle believed to be a functional, ancient calendar, potentially dating back over 75,000 years. It is considered the oldest megalithic site in the world, predating both Stonehenge and the Pyramids of Giza.

Modern archaeology shows that the Great Pyramids were built by a large, rotating labor force of paid workers, farmers during the off‑season, and skilled specialists, not by mass chattel slavery.

This is one of the biggest shifts in Egyptology over the last 50 years.

The Pyramids were built by Egyptians who weren't Black. There are a handful of stone structures scattered mostly along the Indian Ocean side of Africa, but those pale in comparison to what was built in Asia, the Mediterranean, and Europe. Construction in Rome and Greece might have seen some portion of the workforce being Black, but they weren't the ones contributing to the engineering, surveying, or production planning of the huge projects those empires did.

They weren't even close to the dominant workforce for what was built in America.

Additionally the lush and warm climate did not lend toward making or developing structures such as the Europeans build.

During the late 1800's and early 1900's Europeans destroyed much of their culture and technology.

Say, ask him how he knows all these purported ancient "facts", since there are no written histories in sub-Saharan Africa that predate the Egyptians, AFAIK.

You might want to remind him that clay is plentiful in sub-Saharan Africa if he tries to claim that all the paper rotted. :rofl2:
