Did you register to vote? You have to show ID. No ID, the registration is not forwarded to the Election Commission. Then if you have proper ID, your registration goes to the commisssion that is charged with final verification. If you qualify, you are assigned to a precinct to vote. Your name is entered into the precinct logbooks.
You have to be a citizen to vote. You do not know the facts. There have been 9 illegals who have voted since 1999 in over a billion votes. It is not a problem. The voter suppression you support is.

you do not "build confidence" or quell any unfounded and illogical and emotional fear, by trying to cater to it.
You cannot make someone "trust you" via your actions if their ability to trust is broken by another prior to them meeting you. They need to DEAL with their irrational and illogical fear.
Trump demanded that for Obama to gain "trust" he needed to prove he was born in America. Trumps irrational lack of trust, along with that of magats was based in emotion (hate) and not founded in logic. That is why when Obama DID finally provide his Hawaiin birth certficate it still gained him no trust from Trump and Magats.
That is why Obama should have never tried to fix their trust issues as you CANNOT fix other people's issues that are irrational and not based in reason or fact.

it is why there is no amount, NONE, of measures that can be done that will make magats feel elections are secure as long as Dems still win at any level of elections.
So this claim 'oh just do these things we ask since we have our doubts and fears about elections' is BS that needs to be ignored as the day after they are done the next claims would come in of why they still DO NOT trust elections, if a Dem finds a way to win.

If the Dems cheated, the House would be in their hands. Repubs have very poor thinking. Why can't Republicans think through things? They react in Pavlovian fashion to Trump's lies. Trump said our elections are crooked. Then they must be. Trump is a threat to the elements that made America special. Our elections are very safe and accurate.

This is great news, but it really should be nationwide. It needs to apply to Washington State, the SDTC, and the SOTNY as well. That means the Senate needs to act, but AGAIN, the Democrats are stalling the Senate.
The supermajority voting rule needs to go. It used to be you had to stand on talk the whole time for a filibuster.
